Meet Lezanne Azan
I
understand the experience of being multi-passionate, ambitious, and high achieving, yet still having that lingering feeling that there must be something MORE. Often, the only thing holding us back from reaching our highest potential is ourselves— our mindset, lack of action, and fear. Throughout my own journey, I've been fortunate to have coaches and mentors who have helped me to develop empowering mindsets, take uncomfortable action despite fear, and hold me accountable. With their help, I've achieved more than I could have on my own and faster. They help me break through my own limitations and achieve more than I ever thought possible. This is why I'm deeply passionate about the transformative power of coaching and committed to helping you experience the same. A little bit about me: I’ve been married for 30 years and have three sons, 2 daughters-in-law and the cutest granddaughter. Family is my top priority, and I cherish spending time with them. I also enjoy traveling and indulging in a good book with a great cup of coffee.
I consider myself a lifelong student, always eager to learn something new, whether it's exploring the art of sourdough baking, delving into personal development, trying out the latest makeup techniques, or practicing the art of flower arranging. I’ve earned several certifications, including life, health and business coach certifications, as well as a master’s degree with distinction in Human Resource Development. One thing that's been a consistent theme in my studies and certifications is my interest in understanding the human condition as a whole and learning how to equip individuals with the tools and strategies to unleash their full potential.
I used to believe there was something wrong with me: with so many passions, I believed that I couldn't dedicate myself fully to any one of them. However, I’ve come to realize that they all share a common theme: empowering others to realize their unique value and engage their God given potential. My purpose is to help individuals recognize and overcome any barriers that might be holding them back, while providing them with tools and strategies to achieve more. Witnessing their confidence grow, their authentic selves shine, tapping into their gifts and highest potential, and to see the positive impact on their lives and those around them, fills my heart with joy. Whether it’s been through my leadership positions at Church, facilitating various small groups, ministering, occupying various HR positions throughout my career, my community volunteer work, or coaching clients, I love seeing people’s confidence grow and their lives change for the better.
Helping people live their best life is my life’s purpose.
